Marinate
the chicken for a minimum of ½ hour, then grill whole. Cut into strips
after grilling and toss strips in a little fresh lemon juice.
Warm
the pitas so they are more flexible for rolling. Spread with Argo Fine Foods
tzatziki, layer on the desired amounts of chicken and vegetables. Here is where
you may add the feta cheese if desired. Wrap carefully so filling stays intact
and place seam side down on serving dish. Slice in half on the diagonal.
