Ingredients for burgers :
.1 pound (90%) ground beef .1 teaspoon ground cumin .1 teaspoon dried mint .½ teaspoon sea salt .½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper .4 Hamburger buns .Romaine lettuce
Preheat oven to 450°. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
Toss potatoes with seasoning choice. Put on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes so they brown evenly.
Place burgers on toasted buns and top with a dollop of ARGO Fine Foods tzatziki and romaine lettuce. Serve with fries. Enjoy!!!
Preparation :
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, cumin and mint until blended. Shape into 4 patties, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill over medium flame for 4 minutes on each side for medium done burgers. Only turn your burgers once to keep moist.
